These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and any purchase from TALKIECAM. By visiting the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy, which are part of these Terms. These policies are linked on every product page, in the cart and at checkout.

1. Product images, videos and descriptions

We work to show our products as accurately as possible. Some images and videos on our store and social media are illustrative or digitally created to show the product in use. On-screen video quality, range and battery life depend on lighting, walls, obstacles and distance between the units. If the product you receive doesn't match its description, contact us and we'll make it right under our Refund Policy.

2. Orders

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live), that the payment method is yours or you are authorized to use it, and that all information you provide is accurate. Orders placed by household members using your payment method are considered authorized. We may refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent, use mismatched billing and shipping details, exceed reasonable quantities, are placed by resellers, or contain pricing errors; payment for a cancelled order will be refunded.

3. Payment and order verification

We may contact you to verify an order before it ships. Orders flagged by our fraud screening may be held or cancelled. Charges appear on your statement as TALKIECAM or the store name shown at checkout. Contact us about any charge you don't recognize before disputing it.

4. Pricing and promotions

Prices are in USD. Sale prices, countdowns and bundle discounts apply to the order at the time it is placed and are not applied retroactively to earlier orders. We may change prices or end promotions at any time.

5. Shipping, title and risk of loss

Shipping times are estimates as described in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier marks the package delivered to the address you provided. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the customer's responsibility; refused international packages are not eligible for a refund of shipping or duties.

6. Product safety and intended use

TALKIECAM is designed for children ages 3 and up. Adult supervision is recommended for young children. Charge only with the included or a standard compatible USB adapter, keep away from water, and do not leave charging unattended. Not intended as a baby monitor, safety or security device.

7. Returns, refunds and disputes

Returns, refunds, cancellations and delivery issues are handled exclusively under our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. You agree to contact our support team and give us at least 5 business days to resolve any issue before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback. We keep records of order details, IP address, device and checkout acceptance of these Terms, tracking, delivery confirmation and all customer communication, and we will submit them to your card issuer in response to any dispute. Filing a dispute for an order that was delivered as described is a breach of these Terms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law that cannot be waived.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the TALKIECAM name, logo, images and text, belongs to us and may not be used without permission.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. The version posted when you place your order applies to that order.
